Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity on your account. One enrollment is for one named rider unless your plan covers more.

Course access

Access lasts for the period stated on your plan. Course content is licensed for personal or licensed organizational use and may not be copied, resold or redistributed.

Certificates

Certificates are issued only to riders who pass the final exam. We may revoke a certificate obtained through misrepresentation or exam misconduct.

Educational nature

All training is educational. See the Safety Disclaimer for important limits on what our training and certificates represent.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
