Individual and family plans
Request a refund within 14 days of purchase if less than 25% of the course has been completed and no certificate has been issued.
Organization licenses
Unassigned seats can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Assigned or used seats are non-refundable unless your agreement states otherwise.
How to request
Email support with your order email and reason. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Effect of a refund
Course access ends when a refund is issued, and any related certificate is voided.
